We are pleased to offer the following sponsorship opportunities for the 63rd annual food shippers of america conference

March 11th Thru 13th 2018
At the J.W. Marriott Desert RIdge In Phoenix, Arizona

All Sponsorships Include:

  • Invitation for all Sponsor Company registered attendees to attend Private Luncheon on Monday March 12th including Speakers, FSA Officers, Board Members, Advisors & Conference Chairs.
  • Sponsor’s Logo will be featured in printed program, posted as sponsor on Food Shippers of America website, and on the conference registration link.
  • Exclusive signage at selected Sponsor(s) Event.
  • Inclusion of Giveaway or Promotional Item guidelines are as follows:
  • Program Sponsors can provide a giveaway or promotional item in the conference attendee bag (item must be approved by FSA and be provided by February 1st, 2018 to be included)
  • Hole In One and Beverage Cart Sponsors are able to have pre-approved giveaways available for distribution. Items must be approved by February 1st, 2018 and provided by Sponsor to ship to arrive by March 7th, 2018 at conference site. Note: distribution of giveaway cannot affect speed of play.
  • Sponsors of Breakfast, Breaks, Luncheons, Receptions and Dinners may have a FSA approved giveaway available during your event. 

2018 Food Shippers of America Sponsorships:

Program Sponsorship $3,800: (33 of 35 Available) (Sponsor’s logo will be cycled on the screens in main conference hall before conference begins each morning and during all breaks.)
Sunday Golf Breakfast Sponsorship $2,500: (1 of 2 Available)

Sunday Luncheon Sponsorship $3,500: (1 of 2 Available)
Sunday Reception $10,000: (1 Available)
Sunday Evening Dinner $10,000: (1 Available)

Monday Breakfast $3,500: (2 Available)
Monday Luncheon Sponsorship $5,000: (2 Available)
Monday Evening Banquet $12,500: (1 Available) Sponsor’s logo will be projected onto minimum of 2 screens during the scheduled banquet.
Monday Evening Entertainment $10,000: (1 Available) Sponsor’s logo will be projected onto minimum of 2 screens during the scheduled entertainment.
Tuesday Morning Breakfast $3,500: (1 Available)

Sponsorship payment can also be processed on-line with conference registration (after June 30, 2017) or by completing the form below. Payment must be received in full by 12/31/17:
