What type of company can become a Food Shippers of America member company?

Membership shall be in the name of an entity engaged as a primary shipper or receiver of food and related products in the Food industry. A primary shipper and receiver is an entity who has or maintains physical ownership of such product at some point in the distribution channel.

 How can I find out more about Conference Sponsorship opportunities?

Offerings are posted Upcoming events the July prior to the Conference event. If you do not see an opportunity that fits your budget please contact Treasurer at FSAtreasurer@foodshippersofamerica.org for further discussion.

Is there a limit to the number of people that can attend per company?

There are no limits to the number of attendees from a member company or shipper, receiver or food service company.

There are limits for all others:

4 attendees per company (or its affiliates or subsidiaries ) are permitted except Railroads who are permitted to have 6 attendees register.

We ask that these limits are respected and note that Food Shippers of America reserves the right to decline or return registration to company found who has not adhered to this policy.

What other activities are permitted during the scheduled conference?

We request that activities other than part of the Conference schedule occur the Saturday prior to conference start or after end of conference on Tuesday morning.

What is Food Shippers of America doing to try and increase the number of shippers and receivers attending the conference?

We are aggressively taking steps to make other food companies aware of the benefits of attending the annual conference. It is a unique one stop shopping venue for every aspect of the supply chain.

Note: Verification of new or return companies qualifying will be completed by Food Shippers of America Executive Director.

How can I request a copy of Food Shippers current W9?

How can I request a voucher for the Food Shippers Conference?

Food Shippers of America’s Conference registration is processed with individually assigned vouchers. 
If you have not attended a conference in the last 3 consecutive years please click on this link that will take you to a survey of questions needed to complete voucher request submission. 
Once processed you will receive a confirmation email of submission with voucher email following within 72 hours.
